Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@monkeytrade.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Limitation Period: Any claims must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

MonkeyTrade shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or technical failures.
